Matt and I had been working on a new business adventure in Wisconsin. We bought property, designed the structures, wrote the business plan. You know the whole thing. But Zoning proved to be a stronger opponent than we anticipated so we had to admit defeat (for now at least.) We looked at our current reality. We hated ( I mean HATED) our jobs, we had sold our home in August so we had no home, living with my parent, you know right where one hopes to be at 27/28. So we thought a happy thought and it both happened to be about Belize. So we said "why not, what do we have to loose"? And now we are here.

Wow...love the blog! So enjoyed the pictures of your land and the position of the homesite. Now I feel more connected to it...you know me, i need a visual. Keep up the good work, hope you get in before the snow flies, love, Mom
